Booking In
Effective inventory management and sales processing relies on an accurate and efficient booking in process.
Select Multiple Items from the Booking In tab on the Main Menu toolbar of the inventory management software system
Items can be booked in to the RightControl inventory management system as:
- Single individually tracked items
- Multiple identical items
- Direct-from-supplier items
- Bundled items (to build a kit or bill of materials, e.g. a laptop that comes with a mouse)
RightControl is a powerful and flexible inventory control system that will record the following details of an item at the booking in stage and lets you retrieve them easily, giving you in depth knowledge and control of your stock:
- Category
- Sub Category
- Specification
- Model Name
- Manufacturer
- Condition
- Location
- Cost Price
- Booking In entry date
- Purchase Order Number
- Supplier Name
- User identity
- Report field to input item details/engineer reports/quality assurance inspection
- Grade
- Serial number
- Barcode
- Extra Info Fields
