Reports Viewer

Setting up the reports viewer in the inventory management software

 

If you have Excel on your computer, the inventory management software will automatically select it as the Reports Viewer when it installs. If you do not have Excel or want to use a different program to view reports you can manually assign one.

  • Click Help on the Main Menu toolbar and select Reports Viewer.

  • The inventory management software will open a message box.

  • Click OK. This will open a new window.

  • Select the program you want to use from the File name drop down and click Open. The inventory management software will automatically use this program to view all reports.
